Barabati Beckons, the 1st edition of Cuttack Heritage Walks 28th April 2019

Barabati Beckons, the first edition of Cuttack Heritage Walks, launched successfully this morning. More than sixty heritage conscious citizens participated in the event. CHW is grateful to each and every participant for their love for heritage and culture.

Memorable Momentsđź’š
While on a recce for the CHW to the Judicial Museum, I noticed this beautiful bust of Madhu Babu in a room which has a few of law books from his library and his Will. Saw in it a not-to-be-missed opportunity for paying our respects to the Grand Oldman( Kulabrudha) during Barabati Beckons walk. I am an ardent admirer of Madhu Babu from my childhood though I prefer to stay away from the usual crowd on Madhu Jayanti.
We did pay our tribute to him on his birthday yesterday (28th April).
And happily for me, I am with two worthy sons of the soil, Sri Anil Dhir, Historian Author and Sri Biswajit Mohanty, Conservationist Author near his statue

This is what called real passion for heritage !! Although being injured in an accident, Mr. Hitesh Seth not only participated in the event, but helped us a great deal in organizing this.
