Dr Sunil Kumar Pattnaik provided rare vignettes of Raibania Fort in his well researched presentation for CHW Khati 32. Being a seasoned Historian and Archeologist Dr Pattnaik also talked about Barabati and other forts of Odisha with passion and love which one rarely comes across during discussions.
